Mr Steer Meats has been in Londonderry since 1975.  The owner, Christopher George, sees his new location across the street from his old Rt 102 location in Londonderry as an investment and future location for his son to continue the tradition started generations ago in his family.  In fact, the Georges have been in the meat business for four generations, going back to 1900 when his grandfather worked at and later bought a butcher shop in Lawrence, MA.  Today, Mr. Steers serves the area with over twenty different marinated meats (5,000 pounds sold each week in the summer!), USDA Fresh Cut prime Angus steaks, fresh American lamb, pork, veal & fresh poultry, a full line of Boars Head famous cold cuts & cheeses, their famous line of marinated meats (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, turkey tips, & ribs) and much more.
